Damaged Belt Policy
If your belt has manufacturer damages, you may be eligible for a replacement. You must send a photo showing the damage/ defect along with the details of the issue, your full name and order number to defect@thesnatchinator.com within 14 days of delivery. Please feel free to also include a contact number in case we must reach you by phone.
Due to the usage of our belts during high- intensity workouts and other intense movements, we cannot guarantee replacement outside of the given time period.
