Cancelation Policy

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you must send an email to cancel@thesnatchinator.com with your request and reasoning. We will make the best effort to do so, following your request. However, please note that if your order has already been processed, has been pulled for processing or has been shipped, we are unable to honor your request. If your cancellation is due to purchasing the wrong size, we may be able to switch the sizes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. If shipped, you will need to process a request for an exchange, which can be found in our exchange policy.
